Adem\u00e1s, dijo, hay un <strong>portafolio de inversiones en el sector p\u00fablico<\/strong>, m\u00e1s enfocado a inversionistas extranjeros, por cerca de $39 mil millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ha tratado de eliminar trabas para los emprendedores, aunque hay todav\u00eda aspectos burocr\u00e1ticos que, dijo, no est\u00e1n bajo su competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Programa de cr\u00e9ditos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Record\u00f3 que se lanz\u00f3 el <strong>programa \u201cCr\u00e9dito de las oportunidades\u201d<\/strong> <strong>a trav\u00e9s de BanEcuador, al 1% de inter\u00e9s y hasta 30 a\u00f1os plazo<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n hay cr\u00e9dito en el propio BanEcuador, hasta 10 a\u00f1os y tasa del 5%. \u201cHay oferta de cr\u00e9dito suficiente para atender a los emprendedores\u201d, asegur\u00f3 <strong>Guillermo Lasso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl Legislativo es un problema para el Ecuador, no para m\u00ed. Enviamos una ley para promover inversiones y generar empleo y la devolvieron.
