El consorcio que administrar\u00e1 las operaciones de este <strong>sistema de transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong> firm\u00f3 el acuerdo con el Municipio de Quito hasta el 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La suscripci\u00f3n del contrato fue suspendida dos veces. Primero, por problemas con una <strong>cl\u00e1usula con el consorcio<\/strong> que hizo que se vuelva a la lanzar una convocatoria. As\u00ed, se aplaz\u00f3 la firma que deb\u00eda estar para mediados de agosto, para el 5 de octubre; aunque tampoco se dio, porque se <strong>expidieron reformas <\/strong>al reglamento general de aplicaci\u00f3n a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Sistema Nacional de Contrataci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, seg\u00fan se explic\u00f3 desde la Empresa Metro de Quito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vehiculo-transportara-a-400-000-usuarios\">Veh\u00edculo transportar\u00e1 a 400.000 usuarios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDesde hoy la capital cuenta con un equipo ejemplar\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Bastidas al referirse al consorcio <strong>operador franco-operador<\/strong>. Luego de su discurso se dio a firma del contrato. <strong>Santiago Guarderas<\/strong>, alcalde de Quito, anunci\u00f3 que el Metro operar\u00e1 comercialmente el 21 de diciembre de 2022.
