El encuentro est\u00e1 dirigido a estudiantes, chefs profesionales y amantes de la cocina en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agenda del congreso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>evento arranca el 25 de noviembre<\/strong>, a las 08h30, con el recibimiento oficial a los chefs por parte de la alcaldesa de Loja, en la Puerta de la Ciudad; a las 09h00 estar\u00e1n receptando la inscripci\u00f3n a los participantes en el Patio de Sabores del Complejo Ferial Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar; 09h15, desayuno en la Puerta de la Ciudad con todos los chefs invitados; y, a las 10h00 la inauguraci\u00f3n oficial del evento con participaci\u00f3n de los inscritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Congreso contar\u00e1 con la presencia de <strong>26 chefs ponentes de pa\u00edses<\/strong> como: Argentina, Brasil, Italia, China, Per\u00fa, Venezuela, Bolivia, y Ecuador como anfitri\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el primer d\u00eda, la jornada arrancar\u00e1 con el chef peruano, <strong>Pablo More<\/strong>, con el tema Sopa de Fiestas, har\u00e1 su demostraci\u00f3n de cocina en vivo de una sopa de novios; luego el chef ecuatoriano, <strong>Andr\u00e9s Rosero<\/strong> participar\u00e1 con el tema Los Sabores de mi Tierra, haciendo una demostraci\u00f3n del repe lojano; el chef argentino, <strong>Sandro Fogel<\/strong> participar\u00e1 con el curanto ancestral, demostrando el lomo mar y tierra al barro; y as\u00ed otros chefs de Venezuela y Per\u00fa haciendo sus exhibiciones de platos propios de sus pa\u00edses, como: la torta de yuca, apatadito de pato, sensaciones del chuno, carapulcra, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-demostraciones-de-los-chefs\">Demostraciones de los chefs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El s\u00e1bado 26, continuar\u00e1n las demostraciones con la participaci\u00f3n de los chefs <strong>Omar Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong> de Per\u00fa; <strong>Roberto Rabotti<\/strong> de Italia; <strong>Luz Avellaneda<\/strong> de Per\u00fa, <strong>Rub\u00e9n Pozo<\/strong> y <strong>David Ramos<\/strong> de Ecuador; <strong>Paulo Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, de Brasil; <strong>Iv\u00e1n Vizconde<\/strong> de Per\u00fa, <strong>Milton Sosa<\/strong> de Bolivia, entre otros, quienes participar\u00e1n con platos como: revuelto de olluco con mechado de cerdo, porchetta a la marchigiana, ajito de junta, casket de chocolates y pastillaje, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Luis Alvear,<\/strong> organizador del Encuentro, manifest\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o es la sexta ocasi\u00f3n que se desarrolla este congreso, por el lapso de tres d\u00edas, con participaci\u00f3n de <strong>22 profesionales de 8 pa\u00edses<\/strong>, donde habr\u00e1 talleres, foros, concursos de barismo, concurso de cocteler\u00eda, entre otros, en los interiores del Complejo Ferial Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al final habr\u00e1 sorteo de premios, el mayor una moto 0 kil\u00f3metros entre todos los participantes.
