La lista oficial se escoge de entre <strong>700 nominados<\/strong> de todo el mundo, evaluando criterios como: <strong>calidad de la carne<\/strong>, selecci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento del animal, <strong>calidad de servicio<\/strong> y conocimiento del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investigaci\u00f3n realizada &nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n se analiza la <strong>variedad del men\u00fa<\/strong>, <strong>hospitalidad<\/strong>, <strong>presencia online<\/strong> con informaci\u00f3n en otros idiomas, dise\u00f1o interior e instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tributo<\/strong> fue seleccionado como uno de los <strong>mejores restaurantes<\/strong> de carne debido a la investigaci\u00f3n que ha realizado sobre la vaca andina. El an\u00e1lisis, que lleva una d\u00e9cada, ha estado a cargo del chef <strong>Luis Maldonado<\/strong> y su socio <strong>Neptal\u00ed Merizalde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo en Taly, planta procesadora del grupo que est\u00e1 ubicada en el sector de <strong>Llano Grande, en el norte de Quito<\/strong>. \u201cTributo es un espacio que busca exaltar al ganado de los Andes\u201d, dice a Primicias, Maldonado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-carnes-especiales\">Carnes especiales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrega que \u201chist\u00f3ricamente nos han dicho que la vaca vieja tiene carne mala, carne dura. Nos han dicho que la carne de la <strong>vaca de los Andes<\/strong> es dura, porque el animal hace mucho ejercicio en la monta\u00f1a. Pero son mitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la lista tambi\u00e9n figuran otros cuatro restaurantes de Latinoam\u00e9rica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don Julio (Argentina).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Cabrera (Argentina).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Figureira Rbaiyat (Brasil).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brick SteakHouse (M\u00e9xico).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don Julio lidera la lista de <strong>101 World\u2019s Best Steak Restaurants<\/strong>.
